• Limited duration through term structure and high-frequency repayment schedules.

• Preferred lending terms by identifying borrowers underserved by institutional capital, including lower-middle-market companies, private equity sponsors and portfolio companies, in-market real estate developers, and similar.

• Layered loss mitigation strategies to preserve capital including claims on unencumbered tangible real assets and receivables, equity pledges, and other guarantees.
